ENERGY MEDICINE HEALING
This subtle yet powerful energy work where I become an instrument to tune you back into harmony energetically and spiritually. The combined energy medicine practices transmute negative energy patterns, blocks, and memories within the aura, chakra systems, organs, etheric field, and cellular DNA. HOT STONE MASSAGE
Hot Stone Therapy is an ancient healing art where Willow intuitively places the warmed basalt stones on the body and massages them within her palm to deeply detoxify and unwind the muscles and along the energy pathways of the body. The smooth stones are very healing removing toxicities and congestion within the systems, bringing in total balance and relaxation without the deep tissue work. Experience the miracles of this therapy, this is what guided her go to Utah for massage therapy school!

HOT CHOCOLATE MASSAGE
Warm up and reward your body, heart, and soul with a hot chocolate massage.
We first drink a bittersweet warm cacao mama chocolate drink that will nourish and fill you up with love. Your massage is done using melted cacao butter and warm volcanic basalt stones, along with aromatherapy and intuitive integrated bodywork. Melting away stress and tension, balancing your Chakra, and illuminating your inner fire and gorgeous light again.
A completely decadent self care treatment and experience for all the mind- body- spirit.

HOT CHOCOLATE YOGA
A delicious heart opening practice that begins with drinking a warm cup of theobroma cacao - raw criollo chocolate with Cacao Mama. Each class is unique as we explore who we are and our true nature pairing the magic of cacao and kriya yoga together. Nourish your body, open your heart, and rise rooted and radiant.
All levels welcome.
*Each yoga class will go for about 75 minutes, leaving time for savasana, discussion and cacao drinking.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Prenatal massage is a form of therapeutic bodywork that is tailored to meet the needs of the mama to be and growing baby. The focus is on relaxation - supporting the joints, alleviating back and hip pain, reducing swelling, enhancing rest and sleep, unwinding any tension held in the fascia, calming the nervous system, and restoring well-being. Mamas will be using side lying position and also propped on cozy cushions and pillows during the session. Aromatherapy is included in session.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Therapeutic massage is specifically tailored to help my client recover from an injury, reduce pain, and improve mental and physical vitality. This form of bodywork that uses various techniques to manipulate the body’s soft tissues, such as the muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia, to help reduce tension, improve circulation, and promote healing. I intuitively assess and design a flow just for you including Chinese fire cupping, myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, relaxation massage, deep tissue bodywork, thai stretching, and breath work.
Therapeutic massage is typically used to treat specific medical conditions, such as chronic pain, sports injuries, and stress-related issues. It can also be used to improve the range of motion, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE
This meditative dance of Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient healing art designed to free you from suffering and awaken deep relaxation, unwind holding patterns, detoxify your whole system, and improve circulation. Your session is done on the floor on a heated infared biomat wearing loose comfortable clothing. thai bodywork combines rhythmic massage, assisted Yoga poses, acupressure along pathways of movement in the body known as the “Sen,” healing energy work, and meditation.

Cacao is an experience, my passion is to share with you the culture and ritual of eating pure sacred chocolate.
Immerse yourself with a tasting journey that will transform the way you eat chocolate, awaken your senses, open your heart, and elevate your consciousness.
Cacao Mama was born out of her love for dark chocolate and when she discovered the medicinal and spiritual benefits of theobroma Cacao from her South American travels, she began sharing the art of gathering people to connect through unprocessed, hand peeled, beyond fair trade cacao. My intention is to guide you through an interactive meditation on eating and drinking ceremonial grade chocolate drinks and infused aromatic chocolate truffles using all of our six senses. The tasting adventure will begin with some storytelling and indigenous myths about this revered "food of the gods" whilst seeing live the art of brewing mayan hot chocolate and tasting the bittersweet nectar. There will be 3 tastings of our favorite truffles showcased in our eco friendly, compostable gift boxes. Each recipe an invitation to travel the world to the cradle of cacao. Every ingredient is ethically and locally sourced.
