A wildly delicious heart opening practice that begins with drinking a warm cup of theobroma cacao - raw criollo chocolate with Cacao Mama. Each class is unique as we explore who we are and our true nature pairing the magic of cacao and kriya yoga together. Nourish your body, open your heart, and rise rooted and radiant. All levels welcome. *Each yoga class will go for about 75 minutes , leaving time for savasana, discussion and cacao drinking.
