Service Description

Prenatal massage is a form of therapeutic bodywork that is tailored to meet the needs of the mama to be and growing baby. The focus is on relaxation- supporting the joints, alleviated back and hip pain or discomfort, reducing swelling, enhancing res and sleep, unwinding any tension held in the fascia, calming the nervous system, and restoring overall wellbeing. Mamas will be using sidy lying position or propped on cozy pillows/cushions during session. Your session begins with a cup of sacred cacao brew - raw medicinal cacao mama hot chocolate.
